How Facebook Avoids Paying Taxes on its Earnings | NationofChange

There is a controversial loophole in the U.S. tax code that allows many tech companies avoidance of taxes saving them billions of dollars. Among the companies include Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn according to the report released by the Citizens for Tax Justice (CTJ). As it reads, companies receive big tax deductions when they pay their emplyees in stock options.
